Bryan Kozlowski

Bryan is a senior strategy professional with more than 15 years of experience helping C-suite executives solve key financial, marketing and operational issues. He has a strong background in developing actionable business growth, market entry, product development and human capital and compensation strategies for middle market companies and early-growth firms across a variety of industries. Additionally, Bryan has worked closely with growth-stage organizations to develop business growth and financial plans in support of equity and debt fund raising activities. Some of his recent projects include: helping lead the Series A fundraising activities for an early-stage medical device company; implementing new financial processes for a boutique strategy consulting firm to reduce days sales outstanding by 10%; re-designing the compensation plan for the wholesale distribution organization of a U.S. asset manager; and advising a global strategy consulting firm on the implementation of a new proprietary database system.

Experience: Prior to providing fractional hire strategic advisory services, Bryan held a number of senior strategy and operations roles including serving as COO of a $5 million human capital strategy consulting firm, the $10 million unit of a global management consulting firm and a growth-stage medical device company. He has also served as Head of Strategic Advisory for a leading investment management consulting firm and held senior leadership roles with several notable management consulting and financial services firms including Greenwich Associates, McLagan, Casey, Quirk and Morgan Stanley.
