Dr. Linda Gornitsky

Linda has worked for companies as well as served as a consultant and educator. She specializes in the development of strategic social responsibility and employee engagement programs. Prior to establishing her own firm in 1993, Linda worked in the corporate world for 14 years developing and managing strategic contributions programs for Citibank and Pfizer.

Experience: Linda helps companies set up community outreach programs that make a difference, provide branding, imagine and relationship building opportunities and inspire employee pride. Clients have included: Aramark, BMW, Capital One, Con Edison, CSX, Deloitte, Eatn’Park, J. Crew, Moody’s, Neutrogena, Nielsen Research Media, Pitney Bowes, Response Design, Sheetz, Timberland, Toyota and Verizon. She has published over a dozen ground breaking research studies on various aspects of corporate citizenship and is an adjunct professor at New York University where she teaches classes on strategic philanthropy/volunteerism. She is president of LBG Research Institute, a think tank focusing on corporate citizenship and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues.

Education: B.Sc, McGill University; M.A. Michigan State University; M.Ph. City University of New York; Ph. D. City University of New York. All degrees are in Psychology.
